My Coaching Philosophy

I see coaching as a partnership. I believe people often have the answers within them.
My role isn’t to provide the answer, but to create the space to explore different perspectives and help you find a way forward that is right for you.

Background

I coach people navigating different stages of their careers or lives – from finding their feet and building confidence, to taking on new challenges, navigating change or considering what comes next. I particularly enjoy working with people who want to grow and are open to exploring what that could look like for them.

I started my career in law before moving into HR. As an HR Business Partner and leader, I have supported people at all levels of an organisation, from senior leaders to early-career professionals, including leading and developing my own teams. My experience spans career development, leadership, performance and organisational change. Over the past 15 years, I’ve also lived and worked across Singapore, Australia, Timor-Leste, South Korea, and Taiwan, giving me first-hand experience of navigating different cultures, workplaces and career transitions. It has taught me that there is rarely one “right” path, and that continues to shape how I work with people today.
