One certification. Two tracks.
Every program here leads to the same place — becoming a Certified Humancentric Coach, ready for your ICF ACC credential. The only real decision is where you want to start applying coaching: inward, on yourself and your one-to-one conversations, or outward, into your workplace — and how you prefer to learn.
Prefer to take a single module on its own? You can. Every module below stands alone — jump to the comparison.
Both tracks begin with a foundation module, then continue into the same professional module. Choose your starting point.
Start with yourself
Yourself, your relationships, and one-to-one conversations.
Fully online, paced over 6 weeks — with guided reflection between sessions and time to integrate each skill before the next.
Presence, deep listening, and quality questioning. You'll learn to notice the meaning, values, and internal patterns driving behaviour — yours and your coachee's.
- ·5 live webinars (online)
- ·3 supervised practice sessions (online)
- ·19 ICF training hours + 1 mentor coaching hour
- ·Certification: Humancentric Approach ™
Start at your workplace
The people you work with every day — your team, colleagues, stakeholders, or project groups. No leadership title required.
A 2-day in-person intensive, then online supervised practices. Embodied practice, immediate feedback, and real group dynamics.
Knowing when to wear the coaching hat — and how to balance it with the teaching and mentoring hats. You'll work through live workplace scenarios: difficult feedback, managing conflict, performance conversations, influencing without authority.
- ·2 full days of in-person training
- ·3 supervised practice sessions (online)
- ·19 ICF training hours + 1 mentor coaching hour
- ·Certification: Humancentric Leader ™
Both tracks continue into the same second half.
Humancentric Coach (HCC) Module
Where coaching becomes an embodied, professional practice.
Over 4.5 months, you'll learn to deliver a full coaching conversation at professional ICF standards — from contracting to closing — with structure, depth, presence, and ethical alignment. Not scripts. Not surface-level questioning. Real conversations, with real people.
And unlike most programs, you won't wait until graduation to coach real clients. Through Coaching for Good ©, you'll be matched with actual clients during your training — building testimonials, practice hours, and confidence before you're even certified.
- ·6 live webinars + 6 coaching labs (online or in person) + supervised practices
- ·45 ICF training hours + 9 mentor coaching hours
- ·ICF-ACC performance evaluation
- ·Real clients via Coaching for Good ©
- ·1-year ACC Certification Track after graduation (included with both certification pathways)
How it all fits together
Whichever track you choose, the journey is the same shape:
HCA (online) or HCL (in-person intensive) · 3–6 weeks
HCC Module · 4.5 months · real clients via Coaching for Good
Complete the program and graduate as a Certified Humancentric Coach ™ — with all ICF ACC training prerequisites in hand: 64 training hours + 10 mentor coaching hours. The ICF requires 60 — you graduate with 4 buffer hours to spare.
After certification, your path to the ICF ACC credential is clocking 100 coaching hours and passing the ACC exam. Some graduates get there on their own — some even clock their hours within the program itself. For everyone who wants structured backing, the ACC Certification Track supports you for a full year: monthly accountability sessions, peer coaching arrangements, faculty Q&A, ACC preparation webinars, and coaching opportunities with recognised organisations.
With your 100 coaching hours clocked, you apply directly to the International Coaching Federation — submitting your training hours, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation, and sitting the ICF credentialing exam. You emerge as an ICF Associate Certified Coach: the globally recognised credential.
Six months to certification. A full year of backing as you clock your hours and earn your ACC. And a community that doesn't end at graduation.
