Who it's for

Built for two kinds of coaches

01 · First-time ACC

Working towards your first ACC

You’ve done the 60 hours. You know you can coach. What’s missing is the container around you that keeps you going.

02 · ACC holders

Renewing your ACC

Every 3 years, you need 40 CCE hours and 10 hours of mentor coaching to renew. Get 20 CCE hours spread across the year, so you’re not scrambling at the end.

Best timing

Start 1 to 2 years before your renewal date.

The problem

The problem isn't ability. It's “someday”.

You finish your training. You’re inspired. You have your certificate.

Then life gets busy again. Work picks up. The coaching hours come in slowly, then stop. The ACC application sits on the to-do list.

Before long, coaching becomes a past event. A story about a course you once did.

“And the certification becomes an expensive, dusty cert.”

This happens to most coaches. Not because they lack ability or commitment. Because when the course ends, so does the structure around them.

Already have your ACC?

“Someday” gets you too. Renewal is 3 years away, so CCE hours get pushed back. Then the deadline is months away, and you’re scrambling for whatever courses fit, plus 10 hours of mentor coaching on top. Hours collected in a rush, not growth.

The ACC Accelerator gives you that structure back.

The solution

A container that doesn't end when the course does

The ACC Accelerator is 12 months of structure around your coaching. Every month, you come back to the room with HCC faculty and coaches going the same way.

Every session, you're back in the room

We check in on your progress, you bring a coaching case for faculty to guide you through, and then we teach something new.

In between, you coach

The month in between is when the real work happens: coaching, practising with peers, building your hours.

Keep showing up, keep moving

It’s simple. The structure does the work that willpower alone can’t, month after month.

What changes for you

In 12 months, you'll

Be coaching regularly

Coaching is part of your life again, not a story about a course you once did.

Keep building your hours

Coach with peers, and get access to pro bono and lo-bono projects. Taking them up is up to you.

Be ready for the exam

You’ll know what the ICF ACC exam tests and how to approach it.

Be ready to apply

Your ACC application goes in, instead of staying on the to-do list.

Have a community

People who know your journey and keep you going.

Already have your ACC?

You’ll finish the year with 20 CCE hours towards renewal, without the last-minute scramble.

What coaches say

Coaches who've been where you are

After the course, coaching slowly slipped. I kept saying I’d do my ACC after this busy period. Two years later, I still hadn’t. I didn’t need more knowledge. I needed people expecting me to show up.

What kept me going was the monthly session. Knowing I’d see the group again pushed me to book the coaching I kept putting off. My peers checked in on me between sessions, and the hours slowly added up.

Renewal used to mean scrambling for CCE hours in the last few months. Spreading it across the year, with mentoring built in, made it easy.

“It’s simple: keep showing up, and you keep moving.”

What you get

Everything inside the Accelerator

10 live sessions with HCC faculty

2 hours each, spread across the year. Progress check-ins, case discussions and a teaching segment. Not lectures.

ACC exam preparation

What the ICF ACC exam tests, how to prepare, and practice with exam-style questions.

20 CCE hours

All in Core Competencies. Useful for your first ACC, and they count towards renewal too.

A group going the same way

Coaches working towards ACC at the same time. Find peer coaching partners and keep each other moving.

Coaching opportunities

Pro bono and lo-bono coaching projects from organisations, shared with the group first. Real clients to help you build your hours.

Priority access to HCC events

First seats at our events, like our recent session on the middle of management.

Optional

ICF mentor coaching

ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching for your ACC and for renewal. You can add it on after you join.

What we cover

Topics that move your practice forward

01

Selling and enrolling people into change

How to get others interested in coaching, and how to find your first clients.

02

The systems lens

Seeing the team and organisation around your client.

03

What's going on in me

The coach’s inner world during a session.

04

When the session goes sideways

Handling the difficult client moment.

05

Am I at standard?

Self-assessment, markers and ethics.

06

ACC exam prep

Getting ready for the ICF exam and your application.

Opportunities

Keep coaching. Keep building hours.

Hours are where most coaches get stuck. You need 100 for your ACC, and they don’t come in by themselves.

Pro bono and lo-bono projects

Coaching projects funded by organisations for their own people or beneficiaries.

Peer coaching

Practise with others in the group, between sessions.

HCC events

Priority seats at our events, where you meet other coaches, leaders and potential clients.

Opportunities come up through the year, and we share them with the group first. We can’t guarantee a placement. We provide the container and the opportunities. Building your hours, and enrolling your own clients, is up to you.

How it works

10 live sessions across the year. Join anytime.

Each session is 2 hours, live on Zoom, led by HCC faculty. 10 sessions × 2 hours gives you 20 CCE hours over 12 months. The Accelerator runs all year, so you don’t wait for an intake: join anytime, and you’re in for the next 12 months. All sessions are recorded.

What happens in each 2-hour session

01 · CHECK-IN

Progress and accountability

We check in on where you are and what you committed to last time. You leave with your next step.

02 · CASE DISCUSSION

Bring a coaching case

Share a case from your own coaching. An experienced faculty member guides you through it.

03 · TEACHING

Learn something new

A new topic, tool or practice from HCC faculty to take straight into your coaching.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will the Accelerator make me eligible for ACC?
Not on its own. ICF requires 60+ hours of accredited coach training, 10 hours of mentor coaching, 100 hours of coaching experience and the ICF exam. The Accelerator helps you get there. If you haven't done accredited training, start with our HCC programme.
Do you provide the 100 coaching hours?
No. Your hours come from your own coaching. We give you the structure, peers to coach with, and access to pro bono and lo-bono projects from organisations. Taking them up, and enrolling your own clients, is up to you.
I already have my ACC. Is this for me?
Yes, if you're renewing. You get 20 CCE hours across the year towards the 40 you need. Add mentor coaching and you also cover the 10 hours ICF requires for renewal.
When should I join if I'm renewing?
1 to 2 years before your renewal date. That gives you the full 12 months to earn your 20 CCE hours, with time to spare for the rest.
Can I add mentor coaching?
Yes. Ask us directly after you join.
Do the CCE hours count?
Yes. They count towards your first ACC application and your renewal. CCE hours are awarded for the live sessions you attend, at 2 hours per session.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up on our learning portal anytime during your 12 months. Recordings don't earn CCE hours, though. Those are only awarded for sessions you attend live.
When can I join?
Anytime. The Accelerator runs all year. Once you join, you're in for 12 months.
Are coaching placements guaranteed?
No. We share pro bono and lo-bono opportunities when they come up, but we can't guarantee a placement.
How much is it?
S$2,000 for 12 months. Or pay in 4 instalments of S$525 (includes a 5% instalment fee).
Can my company pay?
Yes. We can invoice your employer directly. Let us know when you register, or book a call and we'll sort it out with you.

Before you join

Is the Accelerator right for you?

It works best for coaches who are ready to do the work. Here’s an honest check.

It's for you if you…

  • Have completed 60+ hours of ICF-accredited coach training
  • Want to get your ACC in the next year or two, or renew it in the next few years
  • Are committed to clocking your coaching hours, month after month
  • Are ready to find and enrol your own clients, with our support
  • Will show up to the sessions, bring your cases and do the work in between
  • Want to grow alongside other coaches, not on your own

It's not for you if you…

  • Haven’t completed 60 hours of ICF-accredited coach training yet. Start with our Humancentric Coach Certification Programme instead.
  • Aren’t ready to commit to clocking your hours
  • Expect to be handed coaching clients. We share opportunities, but enrolling clients and building your hours is up to you.
  • Are looking for a shortcut to the ACC. There isn’t one. There’s structure, support and your own commitment.
