My Coaching Philosophy

I help people get clear on what they already know — I ask the questions, they find the answer. I’m not here to tell anyone what to do; I’m here to make sure they hear themselves think.

Background

I coach mid-career professionals with young families — the ones who look like they’ve got it together from the outside, but know, quietly, they’ve drifted from what actually matters to them. I help them identify exactly where that drift is showing up — in how they work, how they show up at home, how they decide, how much of themselves they’re actually running on — and find their way back to alignment, in their own voice and clarity.

Professionally, I manage global and regional employee benefits relationships for multinational clients across at Mercer Marsh Benefits — work that sits at the intersection of finance, technology, people and complexity at scale. Before this, I spent years in Insurance advisory, EdTech, TravelTech, HRTech and enterprise SaaS implementation, including solution sales, project management and now account managing. That means I’ve sat across the table from people navigating internally and externally in real organizational and personal change.
