My Coaching Philosophy

I don’t see my role as telling someone what they should do. I want to create a space where they can pause, explore what’s going on for them and discover what feels right for them.

Background

As a coach
I work with people who are at a point of transition or uncertainty, particularly those figuring out what they want next in their career or life. They may be questioning whether to stay on their current path, make a change or explore a different direction. I create a space for them to pause, explore what’s on their mind and gain clarity, so they can find their own way forward.

Professional background
I’ve spent over 10 years building my career in Order Management and Supply Chain operations, progressing from Analyst to Lead in the automotive and mobility industry. My experience includes working across APAC markets, order-to-cash processes, SAP, process improvement and system testing, as well as supporting teams through changes and new responsibilities. This has given me first-hand experience of navigating uncertainty, taking on challenges and figuring things out along the way. These are experiences I bring into my coaching.
