Coaching is not giving advice, therapy, or a quick fix. It is a dedicated space to uncover values, beliefs, and assumptions driving your thinking, feelings, and behaviors so you can see your options clearly and choose with intention.

Background

I help changemakers in public and non-profit sectors who are navigating organisational complexities and life transitions to clarify their Purpose, identify their Patterns, and choose Pivots that matter — because people are fully capable of trusting themselves to find their own path when supported with powerful questions and a safe space to reflect.

With a 15-year career spanning Human Resources, Organisation Development, Design Thinking, and Technology across public, private, and non-profit sectors, I bring a unique dual lens to my coaching: combining the analytical systems thinking (“mind”) gained from leading multi-sector transformations amidst complex organisational dynamics, with the deep presence and empathy (“heart”) honed through years of people-centred HROD work. I translate this experience directly into our coaching space when partnering with you through your growth journey.
