“

My Coaching Philosophy

“People often have more of the answer than they realise.”

I believe coaching is about creating the space and curiosity for clients to pause, reflect and make sense of what matters to them. My role is not to provide the answers, but to help clients see their situation more clearly and move forward with greater ownership.

Background

I coach professionals through the moments when the old way of doing things stops working. This might be a career crossroads, burnout and overwhelm, a loss of motivation or confidence, or the challenge of balancing ambition with family and a changing sense of what matters. I work with clients to get beneath the immediate problem, understand what is really driving it, and make intentional choices about what comes next. This includes young professionals finding their direction, experienced professionals reassessing theirs, and working parents navigating the tension between who they are at work and who they want to be outside it.

I bring over 15 years of experience in HR and talent leadership across financial services, including senior HR and talent roles at Liberty Mutual and JP MorganChase and experience across regional Asian markets. I have worked with people across the career spectrum, from graduates entering the workforce to senior leaders navigating significant leadership and career decisions. As a working mother myself, I also bring personal experience of navigating changing priorities, identity and expectations alongside a career. Together, these perspectives give me a grounded understanding of both the organisational realities and the personal questions that can sit underneath a career or life transition.
