Feeling stuck doesn’t mean something is wrong. Sometimes, the old answers simply no longer fit.

I offer a warm, honest space to slow down, untangle what’s going on, and explore what might come next. At work and beyond. I won’t have all the answers, but I’ll listen, ask questions and offer perspective as you find your own way forward.

I’ve spent close to two decades working across different sides of a business – from marketing, customer success and product to leading People teams. I’ve worked alongside founders, leaders, managers and teams, particularly in fast-growing environments where change, ambiguity and figuring things out as you go are part of everyday life.

So while I won’t pretend to know exactly what it’s like to be in your shoes, chances are I understand some of the world you’re navigating. The people, pressures, expectations and messy bits that don’t always fit neatly into a job description.
