I support individuals who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, unfulfilled or trapped by the need to prove themselves. Drawing from my own journey of living in survival mode, I help clients recognise the beliefs keeping them stuck, gain clarity about what truly matters, and move towards a life with greater freedom, fulfilment and inner balance even when their responsibilities remain demanding.

My professional experience spans marketing, business and education. I began my career in a marketing agency, where I was eventually offered shares in the company. I later moved into education without prior teaching experience and am now a Senior Lecturer at local instituition. Along the way, I was recognised with teaching awards and an Academic Development Award. Working with students, adult learners, colleagues and industry partners has given me a practical understanding of workplace pressures, leadership, career growth and what it takes to keep learning and navigate change while balancing achievement with wellbeing.
