My Coaching Philosophy

I believe everyone has their own north star. But getting there isn’t always a straight path — it winds through difficult moments and unfamiliar terrain, and sometimes what people need most is someone to journey alongside them, help-ing them stay connected to their own course rather than lose their way.

Background

I help young adults who are feeling stuck or uncertain about their career and life direction to gain clarity, reconnect with their own course, and take confident action, because everyone has their own north star, and sometimes what people need most is someone to journey alongside them.

With 15+ years in sustainability, compliance, and supply chain across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific, often building from scratch where no playbook existed, I’ve learned to turn complexity into clear, manageable steps while keeping the person at the centre. Working in unfamiliar territory has made me comfortable with uncertainty, so I won’t rush you toward answers before you’re ready. Life outside work shapes my coaching toom it had taught me that real change is rarely a straight line, and that showing up again after setbacks matters most.
