I believe progress often starts before we feel fully ready. My role as a coach is not to make the decision for you, but to help you explore what may be holding you back, see things from a different perspective, and trust yourself enough to move forward.

Background

I work with people who are at a crossroads, whether they are considering a career change, starting a new chapter, rebuilding after a setback, or simply know something needs to change but feel unsure about what comes next. I support clients to explore what may be keeping them stuck, see their situation from a different perspective, build trust in their own decisions, and take meaningful steps forward.

My career has taken me from frontline customer and sales roles into team leadership, training, coaching and Learning & Development. Over the past 19 years in Singapore, I have progressed from frontline roles to becoming a Training Manager and now work in a RPAC Learning & Development leadership role, supporting people and teams across different markets and stages of their careers. Having experienced career changes, leadership transitions and starting over myself, I bring both practical understanding and empathy to conversations about change, uncertainty and growth.
