What it’s like to work with Wenting Li

Grounded, curious, and quietly perceptive. Listens to what’s said and what’s not. Asks the questions that help you hear yourself. Holds space without rushing, and reflects back what you already carry so you can see it clearly.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe every client is the expert on their own life, holding their own answers, values, and direction within them. My work is to co-create a safe, curious space where clients can hear themselves clearly, generate their own insights, and design actions aligned to who they are and who they are becoming.

Background

I partner with leaders, emerging managers, and professionals navigating transitions or transformation in fast-changing, cross-cultural environments. Drawing on the Humancentric approach and grounded in the ICF Core Competencies, I support clients in shifting from reacting to choosing, translating new awareness into aligned action and sustained progress. I hold client autonomy as central: clients design their own goals, own their own choices, and define their own measures of success. My clients often describe our work together as the space where they finally hear themselves.

I bring 13 years of experience at Apple, spanning Leadership, Learning & Development, Quality Program Management, and Vendor Management across Singapore and Greater China. As a Customer Support Manager, I lead and coach a team of 12 employees; in earlier roles, I designed and delivered training and coaching sessions across 9 lines of business, mentored Learning to Lead candidates, and supported partner site launches and 3,000+ Specialists across the network. I have led people through business transformations, system integrations, and cross-cultural change, giving me an intuitive sense of the pressures, ambiguity, and pace my clients navigate. Alongside my professional experience, I am committed to ongoing reflective practice, mentor coaching, and continuous development in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies and the ICF Code of Ethics.
